About Me
I’m a Musical Director, Supervisor, Pianist and Arranger, currently the musical director for the West End production of Tina - The Tina Turner Musical at the Aldwych Theatre.
My recent work includes musical supervisor and orchestrator for the UK Tour of Hairspray, as well as the UK Tour and London run of Shrek - The Musical.
With extensive experience as a theatre musician, I’ve held musical director positions on the West End productions of Jersey Boys and Strictly Ballroom, and worked as a deputy MD on Moulin Rouge. UK Tours as MD include Les Misérables, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, Chicago, Oklahoma!, and Hairspray.
In regional theatre, I conducted and orchestrated Gypsy for the Buxton Opera Festival, and have worked extensively at Leicester’s Curve Theatre, where I was the MD for productions including Oliver!, Sweeney Todd, Hello, Dolly!, The Sound of Music, Annie, Rent, and Chicago.
Originally from Leicestershire, I studied music as an organ scholar at Cambridge University and piano at the Royal Academy of Music.
